Electric bike companies in India are seeing rapid growth in our consumer market. Although several electric bicycle companies in India are now concentrating on mountain electric cycles, which are more affordable and easier to build, the majority of the electric bicycles we see today are built by Hero and Ninety One. The fact that hero electric bike price in India were more competitive and inexpensive, was a key factor of their success. However, Felidae Maven adds significant competition in their price, demonstrating that they can also manufacture cost-effective everyday electric cycles. That is the major difference between Maven and hero electric bikes.
Pros
Cons
The one negative aspect of this cycle that we noticed is that the frame style is not particularly modern; yet, they provide enough support and felt sturdy. The company might have used this sort of design to reduce costs of the product. Since this bike only had to handle a certain amount of weight and has a limited budget, this appears to be an ergonomic design choice by the company.
Pros
Cons
The motor is the most essential element of an electric bike. When it comes to Felidae Maven, we won’t be receiving an innovative motor like the ones seen in Revolt bikes. This e-bike is powered by standard hub motors. Considering the exceptionally low budget of this vehicles, we consider it to be somewhat acceptable.
Pros
Cons
Many companies usually do not provide a detachable battery, whereas Maven has removable battery that is both user friendly and handy in many situations. However, they surely affect the aesthetic appearance of the e-bike. Ninety One Meraki and Hero Lectro on the other hand provides better looks when comparing Felidae Maven
Pros
Cons
At this rate, the controller appears to be fairly ordinary. Furthermore, I believe that the controller should never be left open, as it may be damaged if we use it in a wet condition without a battery.
Pros
Cons
The available display is indeed first generation, and despite being as easy to use as the Meraki or Hero Lectro, it is not as attractive as the Meraki or Hero Lectro. Still, it performs the controller’s function flawlessly.
The brakes, like the controller, are basic and easy to use. Even though it appears to be first generation, it is an E- Brake that helps to turn off the motor and provides better safety during city commuting. However, the brake performance is felt to be a little poor; perhaps it can be manually calibrated to get a best possible brake.
Felidae Maven has distributors all over India. This may easily become the best E-bike in Kerala since retails and services would be extended for 2 years for the motor and 1 year for the battery in all districts in Kerala.

Many manufacturers are finding it hard to maintain their market shares in India, Along with Ford, Toyota is planning to leave India, mostly owing to the high taxes they are required to pay. However, many upcoming electric bikes, such as Honda electric, Hero electric scooter and Ola electric bikes, have given us all a lot of hope. Yet, the most of us are still skeptical about these products. As a result, electric cycles often have a large market, and Felidae Maven is one of the best competitions we have for Ninety One Meraki and Hero Lectro.
