Generating E certificate has been popular recently as a response to COVID-19, especially during the period when most education and office operations were carried out online. Autocrat, a Google Sheets plugin, has done an outstanding job of easing the workloads of teachers and office employees. With a few easy clicks, Autocrat helps you to generate certificates, organizes them, and even delivers them to the right email addresses. Autocrat could also be used to automatically provide Google Forms quiz certificates to participants, so that they earn a certificate of participation or a certificate of merit according to their grades. Overall, the possibilities of this extension are wide, and it can be used to send mass emails with any specific data.
Create a certificate template by importing an image into Google Slides or Google Docs.
The simplest way to create a template is to paste a predesigned picture by
Right clicking on the slide > Change Background > Select image
Remember to add in Tags like
<<Name>>
Open a Google Forms response or import an Excel file ( file > import option ).
It is not possible to add an extension to an Excel file by opening it with sheets. Use the import option instead.
Click on Add-ons > Get Add-ons and install Autocrat from the Google Workspace Market
