The distance between two parts in an assembly can be measured in a variety of ways. We’ll teach you how to do it the easiest way possible. This might be beneficial if you just need to know the distance between two parts so you can create a portion that fits there.
Simply click the left mouse button while holding the control key to pick the edge of the component you wish to measure.
Choose the next edge of the component you wish to measure, keeping in mind that you should select the edge rather than the surface or the entire item.
Now check out the status bar to know the distance between the edge that you selected. And that’s all, now design the rest of your assembly
